Will the library scan an article for me?

Answer

Current Drew students, faculty, and staff may request scans from Drew-owned materials by placing an article/book chapter request through our interlibrary loan (ILL) system. Please limit requests to one (1) chapter. We will fill a maximum of three (3) requests per book.

When you log in to ILL, click “Create Request,” fill in the relevant information about your request, and click “submit.” Once we have completed your scan, you will receive an email with a link to access the PDF. If you have any questions about this process, please contact library@drew.edu.

Instructors: please be mindful if you post scanned material on Moodle. You are responsible to ensure that copyright and fair use guidelines are followed. You may use the form HERE as a tool to help you determine if your planned usage falls within fair use.

We are unable to take scanning requests from members of the public. Please contact your local public library for more information regarding interlibrary loan.
